COVID-19: How we're responding

In accordance with Arizona's Governor Ducey, The American Dental Association and the Arizona Dental Association, we are adhering to the Executive Order (Attached) to address COVID-19: Beginning Tuesday, March 24, 2020, all non-essential or elective dental surgeries/procedures/treatment shall not be performed at ANY office in Arizona.

To support national efforts to fight the COVID- 19, our practice is taking the following steps to help assure your health and well-being and that of our community:

  • We are following directives from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as a way to limit patient and staff exposure to this virus.
  • Your health, and the health of our dedicated team, matters to us, so going forward we will suspend all non-emergency care for two weeks per the Executive Order.
  • Patients in Arizona can only be seen for urgent and emergency dental needs. (See attached ADA guidelines that outline emergency and essential treatment)

If you haven't already been contacted, we will contact you soon to reschedule your hygiene and non-emergency appointments. If you are already scheduled for an urgent issue, we will contact you the day before your appointment to discuss your health status, health screening protocols and confirm whether the appointment should be kept. Of course, please call us right away if you have a dental emergency or need immediate care.

The safety and well-being of our patients and team members continues to be our primary concerns. We will continue to monitor the status of COVID-19 nationally and within our community and keep you up-to-date regarding our plans to reopen once the Executive Order is lifted.

At this time, our office will be closed, only treating dental emergencies, beginning March 24 through April 6th.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We are here for you, our most valued patients, in any capacity possible. We can be reached by phone at (928) 445-9233 or by email at and will respond to you within 2 business days.
